Also down below is the very first demo of this song. I made it at Jeff Rosenstock’s house while he was away on tour and I was house sitting. It’s just rhythm guitar and me yelling, and it’s really obnoxious. If you’re curious to hear how a lot of PUP songs start, it’s a good example. Mostly unlistenable. You’re Welcome.
I should also mention, Nestor put together all these playthrus and the idiotic teaser at the top. He’s very good at this stuff.
“Who Will Look After The Dogs?” comes out in less than 2 weeks. Waiting for records to come out always feels insane. We finished recording it a year ago and we just want it out in the world, it’s exciting and also nerve wracking. I think it’s my favourite PUP record to date. It’s definitely the most meaningful one to me. I have a lot to say about it, but I’ll wait til it’s out in the world.
